It was 0-0 until Italy took the lead just after the half-hour mark through Nicolo Barella, who scored, with an assist by Marco Verratti, making it 0-1.
The team increased the lead to 0-2 just before the half-time whistle as Lorenzo Insigne scored.
Straight after the break, Romelu Lukaku found the net and reduced the score for Belgium. Belgium were unable to score any more goals. The 1-2 goal was the last goal of the game.
