The deciding goal came in the 90th minute, when Viktor Claesson scored a 3-2 for Sweden, with an assist by Dejan Kulusevski, what brought the final score to 3-2.
The result means that Sweden have secured the number one spot.
The results in the final round of the qualifiers mean Sweden finish first and Poland finish fourth. Sweden secured their spot in the playoffs.
